AMFA (Testing for Persian Language Proficiency) is the only official international exam to evaluate reference level of Persian language proficiency held on the territory of Iran and abroad. AMFA is validated by the Supreme Council for Culture of Iran.

The right to run an AMFA exam outside Iran is held by the Saadi Foundation. The latter is the Iranian state fund aimed at promoting the Persian language and Iranian culture abroad.

In St. Petersburg the AMFA exam is set once a year. Passing date is specified one and a half month before it. In case of successful passing candidates receive official certificates valid for all state organizations of Iran. Thanks to this certificate, you will receive certain benefits when:

1. Obtaining a visa to stay in Iran,

2. Getting a visa with permission to work in Iran,

3. Obtaining a visa with permission to establish a joint venture working in the field of economics, culture, social policy, etc. in Iran Iran,

4. Obtaining permission to teach in schools and foreign organizations working under the auspices of the Saadi Foundation,
5. Obtaining a visa to study at Iranian universities.
