Consulting on how to provide academic mobility of the SPbU teaching staff and their Iranian colleagues. 

Outcoming academic mobility increased significantly from 2017 (1 person) to 2019 (8 persons), but during two pandemic years it has come to a full stop. 

Incoming academic mobility generated by the universities and research centers of Iran before the pandemia was superior to outcoming one since 2014. SPbU was visited by 1 person in 2014, 2 in 2016, 2 in 2017, 4 in 2018, 15 in 2019 and 2 in 2020.
